Terms and Conditions
Welcome to DT Customs! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.shopdtcustoms.com and the purchase of 3D printed products offered through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully.
1. Products
All products offered on this Site are pre-designed 3D printed items. Customs may be available upon request. Most designs on our site are custom ideas of DT Customs but not all. For custom inquires please email us at dtcustomshelp@gmail.com or shopdtcustoms@gmail.com.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are for informational purposes only and may be subject to change without notice.
Any color changes needed when placing an order can be emailed to dtcustomshelp@gmail.com or shoptcustoms@gmail.com. Please make sure to email colors immediately after placing order so DT Customs can accommodate said changes.
2. Wholesale
Wholesale Pricing applies at 60 or more straw toppers. Must be a minimum of 15 Straw Toppers per design.
Wholesale products can be resold individually in your shop for a higher price than paid.
Wholesale pricing is subject to change as costs in supplies increase frequently. Any Price changes will be noted in advance.
3. Turnaround Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of payment confirmation. Turn around time starts the 1st business day after order is paid in full.
If we expect to be over this stated turn around time for family emergencies, vacations etc we will clearly communicate that information on a per customer basis through email.
Please note:

Processing time does not include shipping/delivery time.

Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supply shortages, acts of God) are not our responsibility, but we will do our best to keep you informed.
- Orders will be shipped through UPS to avoid shipping issues that USPS frequently encounters.
- Lost packages due to shipping will be entitled to filing a UPS claim as once the package leaves DT Customs UPS assumes responsibility.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Currency and are subject to change without notice as needed.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.
Any false chargebacks placed will get you banned from shopping with DT Customs and a legal case will be pursued for fraud with your local police department.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party shipping services.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If your package is returned for inaccuracies the customer will be responsible for paying a second shipping charge to reship. Order will not ship until reship invoice is paid in full.
6. No Returns and Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of 3D printing, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds. If the product arrives:
- Colors are inaccurate through fault of DT Customs as discussed on a per customer basis. Example: If we send a different color then what was originally discussed we will make it right and reship.
To discuss any order issues, you must contact us at dtcustomshelp@gmail.com or shopdtcustoms@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your order, with photos and a description of the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including images, product designs, text, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of DT Customs.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer
Please keep in mind that all of our 3D printed products can differ by print. 3d printing is a machine run process that can cause minor defects. We do our best to maintain high quality 3d prints with each order.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
